Danny Laniado is a well respected real estate broker in Queens, New York and well known by a large variety of real estate attorneys, loan officers, home inspectors, title companies and agents for his excellent reputation.
He has been working in real estate for 10 years and has been doing it until today as a full time salesperson.
He started when he was 19 years old at a Jackson Heights real estate office, with his success then he became the number 1 agent for 3 consecutive years.
After that, Danny decided to graduate from NYU (New York University) for Real Estate Broker.
Leading him to open a real estate company in 2004 named PLATINUM HOMES / Realty.
The company was well recognized by local brokers and agents for outstanding success and fair business dealing, gaining a tremendous reputation in zone 11.
He was awarded from Realtor.com in 2008 and 2009 two years in a row, the award of excellence for marketing and technology among the local real estate brokers and agents. He also acquired the license to sell HUD houses.
This reputation led him to be elected a Director for the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) in 2010 for zone 11 which includes Jackson Heights, E. Elmhurst, Woodside, Elmhurst, Corona, Maspeth, Sunnyside, Astoria and Long Island City.
His job was to mediate within brokers of different franchises and make sure agents present offer to sellers and show their listings to other agents; if not, Danny will levied an automatic fine by MLS to the non-cooperative broker.
After becoming a short sales and foreclosure specialist for 4 years, he received the SFR certification: Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource, by the National Association of Realtors; and also the CDPE designation: Certified Distress Property Expert, making him a very knowledgeable broker to be ahead of his competitors.
After 6 Years at PLATINUM HOMES / Realty as the CEO in August 2010 he was approached by RE/MAX of new York who seeks only the best broker owners in the local area to join RE/MAX Franchises.
Meeting with the Metalios Broker/Owners (family owned business since 1966) he decide to step ahead and make the best decision, which was to join RE/MAX Team formerly known as Century 21 Metalios and Metalios Real Estate, ranked top office in Queens, NY.
After 5 months working at RE/MAX Team he was awarded the Number 2 Top Associate in selling sides. He is a top agent in one of the most respected real estate franchises in the world.
